What You’ll Do

Create luxury braided styles including knotless braids, box braids, cornrows, stitch braids, twist, boho braids, freestyle designs, feed-ins, and protective styles.

Deliver exceptional customer experiences and create a welcoming salon experience with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.

Promote a positive and culturally empowering salon atmosphere that build strong client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.

Stay current on trending braiding styles, techniques and beauty industry innovations, and work collaboratively to uphold the salon's luxury service standards.

Maintain a clean, elegant, and professional workstation at all times that reflects the Touch of Braids brand and support's salon growth through artistic excellence.

Consult with clients to recommend styles that compliment their lifestyle, hair goals and image, and provide scalp care, braid maintenance and healthy hair practices.
